OAT PORRIDGE

This is the recipe for oat porridge.

ingredients

  • 250ml vegetable drink (unsweetened coconut or almond)
  • Grated peel of ½ lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of flaked oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick

Steps

  • Put the drink over low heat in a saucepan with the oat flakes, lemon peel and cinnamon and stir with a wooden spoon until it thickens and that's it.

  • Then you can add seeds on top and the fruit you want. Soak the oats the night before.

TIP: We recommend refrigerating the porridge for a day so that it transforms into prebiotic fiber.
