HOW COOLDO WAS BORN
Hello, we are Maria and Bea. The two people behind Cooldo, a project born from the passion of a nutritionist and the concern of a visionary with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle through a key food: bone broth.
It all started with a nutrition session. Bea, an integrative dietitian and PNIE, proposed to María a change in habits that included the consumption of bone broth as the fundamental basis of her diet. Maria immediately noticed a great improvement. He managed to end his anxiety, improve his digestion, reduce his inflammation and increase his energy. He felt so good that he decided to lead a healthier lifestyle in every way. And of course consume bone broth every week.
Making it at home was a laborious task and there was practically no offer to buy it.
That was when he proposed to Bea to launch a bone broth that was delicious, healthy, ecological, sustainable, healthy and of the best quality with Bea's recipe that was simply BRUTAL.

OUR HISTORY
Bea and I met through school, our second children were in class together. We were neighbors and we often met at the school door, we passed each other on the street, we saw each other at the supermarket... In our short meetings we shared healthy recipes for our children's snacks, but it was not until the snow storm Filomena in January 2021 that I discovered that Bea was a dietician. That's why I knew so much about nutrition!
While our children made snowmen, we shared confidences. I was having a bad time, well like all mothers of large families who work and don't have time to take care of themselves. And to take care of others, you must first take care of yourself! Our relationship changed to that of dietitian-patient. Bea guided me on my path to healthier eating. He developed a nutritional plan to reduce my bloating, but what really transformed my life was bone broth, which was the key food in the plan. The results were amazing: I was deflated, my digestion improved greatly, my anxiety about eating disappeared and I noticed an increase in energy in just a few days.
Although the benefits were evident, incorporating this routine into my life was not an easy task. Preparing it was a laborious task that took up a lot of my time, so I started looking for alternatives in the market to buy it already prepared, however I couldn't find it.
Instead, I discovered a booming market by exploring brands and businesses abroad, especially in the United States and Australia, which became sources of inspiration. It was then when the idea of bringing this trend to Spain arose. With a delicious recipe created by Bea, we did a blind tasting, and her proposal was the winner.
We decided to take this exciting journey together. While Bea focused on finding the best raw materials, we immersed ourselves in the creation of the brand, the website and the social media strategy. The search for a producer for our product was intense, but finally, when we managed to obtain the final product, we were ready to launch into the market.

Hello, I'm Bea! I studied health coaching, qualified as a dietician and specialized with a master's degree in Psychoneuroimmunology (PNI). I love cooking and teaching. I created Cooldo together with Maria to continue offering my knowledge and a truly healthy product that will make taking care of yourself your priority forever.

Hello I am Maria! Cooldo is my first entrepreneurial project. My professional career is linked to the language sector, nothing to do with food but my experience in the areas of human resources, logistics, and marketing are key to the project. Now at Cooldo I want to contribute my grain of sand in the agri-food world using my creativity to spread the word about the importance of nutrition for a healthy life through our products.

Finally, after a year and a half of work, we can offer the product that meets our expectations and purpose:
• Offer a nutritious, healthy and tasty food with 100% natural ingredients that help protect, care for and heal from the inside out. We have managed to achieve our goal of 10g of collagen and 17g of protein per serving.
• Accompany our clients in their process of changing lifestyle habits through nutritional plans created by Bea based on her knowledge and clinical experience.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle through our dissemination work on social networks, the press, and, of course, on our website and ebooks.
• Offer innovative and sustainable formats based on the ancestral bone broth recipe with the aim of improving the consumer's user experience, increasing its useful life and minimizing packaging waste.
