FASTING WITH COOLDO BONE BROTH

Do you want to give your digestive system a break, reduce inflammation, and regain energy and vitality?

The 3-day Fasting Plan consists
of a fast (72 hours) with Cooldo Bone Broth as the key food, accompanied by adequate hydration, restful sleep, light physical activity, and some lifestyle supports that will make a difference.

Why bone broth for a 72-hour fast?

Bone broth is used as a “modified” fast for several reasons:

✔️ Reduces hunger and anxiety.
✔️ Avoid dizziness or energy drops in people who are new to fasting.
✔️ Provides electrolytes and minerals that help maintain hydration and mineral balance, which is key during prolonged fasts.
✔️Protects the intestinal mucosa and prepares digestion when you break the fast.

It's a transition tool: many people start with broth and, over time, can fast with only water/tea/coffee.

Why is September a good time to fast?

After vacations, when we tend to overeat and overdrink, our bodies appreciate a gentle and effective reset. Modified bone broth fasting is a protocol that limits calorie intake but doesn't completely eliminate it, using broth as a nutritional base.

Cooldo's 3-Day Fasting Plan provides between 300 and 500 kcal a day, mostly from collagen, amino acids, and minerals, making it more manageable and safer than a water-only fast. It's a safe and nutritious way to give your digestive system a break, reduce inflammation, and regain energy and vitality.

WHO IS THE 3-DAY FAST FOR?

Ideal for those who have never fasted or want a reset without going to the extreme of fasting on water alone. It can be done as a 72-hour reset 2–4 times a year or as a one-day-a-week maintenance program.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF FASTING?

During periods of fasting, the body has the opportunity to draw on its energy reserves, primarily fat, which facilitates weight loss and improved metabolic health , among other benefits such as:

  • Decreased inflammation.
  • Less bloating and better digestion.
  • Brighter skin thanks to collagen.
  • Reduction of joint pain.
  • More energy and vitality.
  • Improved rest and mental clarity.

WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?

The 3-Day Fasting Plan includes a 3-day fast with bone broth, which is filling and digestive, accompanied by other liquids to stay hydrated.

In addition, eating guidelines are offered for the day before (Day 0) and after the fast (Day 4) to prepare for the fast and reintroduce foods smoothly and safely without overloading.

It takes a total of 5 days to do it correctly. Ingredients and infusions are not included in the pack.

WHAT ARE THE COMMON SYMPTOMS WHEN FASTING WITH BONE BROTH?

  • Normal symptoms: Occasional hunger, some fatigue or headache on the first day (this will lessen as you enter ketosis).
  • Constipation: During a fast, it's normal for bowel habits to change. Many people mistake this pause in bowel movements for constipation, when in reality, it's usually a natural consequence of not eating solid food. If there's no pain, bloating, or discomfort, it's simply a physiological pause because there's no solid food to move. With hydration, electrolytes, movement, and a good exit from fasting, bowel movements gradually return to normal.

The important thing is to listen to your body and not force it. Even if the plan is 72 hours, if you get to 48 hours feeling good, there are already great benefits.

HOW OFTEN CAN I DO THIS PLAN?

We recommend doing the 3-Day Fasting Plan two or three times a year, especially after overindulging or times when we've strayed further from our healthy habits, as there's a greater chance of overloading our digestive system with excess alcohol, sweets, and unhealthy fats. September, January, or after Easter would be good times.

Once you've regained your digestive health, we recommend continuing with the MAINTENANCE PLAN or FASTING START PLAN to continue consuming bone broth and experience long-term benefits.
