Cooldo te Cuida, SL is a company that develops and markets an organic bone broth made with 100% Spanish raw materials, high in protein and a natural source of collagen. The project was born from the need to promote healthy lifestyle habits through innovative products based on the ancestral recipe for bone broth.
Cooldo wants to be a benchmark for healthy, sustainable and responsible eating. For this reason, it invests in developing more innovative and sustainable formats derived from bone broth in liquid format, with the aim of improving the consumer's user experience, increasing its useful life and minimizing the waste of its packaging. Collaborates in different areas with entities and companies in the foodtech sector.
Startup Day
On July 4 we spoke with Angel Niño , Councilor in Madrid delegate of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Area, among other attendees at the 2nd Startups Day organized by Madrid Food Innovation Hub. A meeting so that some of the projects and companies participating in the Incubation and Acceleration programs could present our products and comment on the future of food.

Madrid FOOD INNOVATION HUB
Madrid Food Innovation Hub is the first food entrepreneurship center in Madrid. A pioneering initiative focused on promoting innovation and entrepreneurship throughout the entire agri-food value chain.
They have 300m2 facilities that are available for testing.
Cooldo has been selected for the FOODTECH ACCELERATION program, focused on entrepreneurship, innovation and technology in the food sector.
Project duration: 12 weeks

CNTA
At Cooldo we are investing in developing products derived from bone broth with the aim of increasing their useful life, facilitating their transportation and improving the consumption experience. For them we have the CNTA, the National Center for Food Technology and Safety, whose mission is to provide advanced technological services for the development of the agri-food sector, through quality and innovation, under the principle of food safety.
Project duration: 14 months

INNOBONDS WITH IMMIDRA
To carry out the research, Cooldo has been selected for the INNOBONOS funds of the Community of Madrid, a new line of aid for research, development and innovation (R+D+i) projects that enhance the competitiveness of the primary, forestry sector. and its industries.
NANTIK LUM FOUNDATION
Cooldo has attended training and personalized support sessions with the Nantik Lum Foundation to carry out the business plan, as well as supervised advice for the viability of the project and considering the different financing possibilities.

WE LEAD FOODS SPAIN
WE Lead Food is an EIT Foods program that collaborates with IMDEA Food and is supported by the European Union.
Cooldo had the opportunity to network with women leaders in the sector, researchers and other women in the early stages of their projects. Interesting topics regarding leadership, innovation and sustainability of the agri-food system were also addressed.
The event took place at the Pons Foundation and they made available the services of the Help Desk , a free advice platform on technology transfer and innovation in the Community of Madrid.

Cooldo attended the TRAINING PROGRAM SME Business Improvement: Packaged Food and Beverages carried out by Madrid Food Innovation Hub where experts from the food and innovation sector taught topics to analyze and optimize your business, while taking care of the brand image, working on marketing and applying technologies that guarantee the success of your company.
