Price increase announcement

Looking back on our short history, we're very proud of Cooldo's evolution and growth. We still fondly remember our trips around Spain searching for raw materials, and the long hours of testing and formulating to obtain the best bone broth recipe . And today we can proudly say that we already have thousands of customers, many of them repeat customers, who have incorporated Cooldo Broths into their diets and are experiencing the benefits of consuming them every day.
And how did we get here? The road has been long and fruitful. Over the past year, we've worked to:

• Cooking more than 16,000 liters and packaging more than 40,000 cans of bone broth, that means more than 240 hours of cooking .
• Prepare more than 1,500 orders , of which 30% are returning customers.
• Reformulated our bone broth recipe to achieve target protein and collagen levels: 17 grams of protein and 10 grams of collagen per serving.
• Find the best raw materials , all Spanish and organic .
• Obtain the ecological seal.
• Launch the large format you've been asking us for.
• Create new Cooldo Plans with guidelines to help improve your health from a comprehensive approach that includes nutrition, physical activity, rest, and emotional management, and of course, bone broth as a key food.
• Collaborate with more than 50 influencers who recommend our broth, including doctors, therapists, nutritionists, foodies, chefs, and influencers. Achieve sales in more than 100 points of sale throughout Spain.
• Working on the development of bone broth derivatives to expand our product range.

As you know, Bea and María are behind Cooldo, and we've managed to achieve everything we're telling you about just the two of us, with a lot of hard work and effort. We also have the support and advice of many friends and acquaintances from different sectors whom we've turned to for help. And of course, thank you for your trust, your loyalty, and your desire to feel good and take care of yourself every day with Cooldo.

We started this project in October 2022 with our savings and financial resources. To date, we haven't had to borrow a single euro from the bank, and honestly, we're very proud of that.

But here comes the difficult moment, and we can't grow in the current situation. Rising raw material costs and high transportation and production costs are making profitability increasingly less profitable.

We need your help and understanding with the decision we have made.

We're raising our prices by approximately 10%. This will have a minimal impact on your order, hopefully not too significant for you, but it will be significant for the future of our business.

It's been a very difficult decision, but it's the only way we can maintain our commitment to offering a functional, nutritious broth made with the best raw materials. It's the only way we can continue offering the best service while working to develop new derivative products, and thereby ensuring Cooldo continues to grow and reach more customers, more points of sale, and continue to impact the health of our consumers.

We realize this isn't the best news, but we wanted to announce it this way so you understand the reason for the increase, and also so you have the opportunity to buy at the current price. Because the increase won't take effect until next Monday, September 2nd.

If you want to take advantage of the opportunity to buy your wines before the price increases, great. We're happy! It's like buying with a 10% discount . Although if you prefer to wait and buy later, we'll be infinitely grateful for that too.
