This mussels recipe is very easy to make and we love it as a healthy appetizer, starter or dinner option.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kilo of mussels
- Chive
STEPS:

Clean the mussels well, removing the mustaches.
- Put them in a pot, with a bay leaf if you like the flavor, over medium heat covered until they open, approximately 5 minutes.
TIP: Add spices (curry or turmeric) to enhance its flavor and increase its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
