We love smoothies as a breakfast option. It is a very satisfying alternative and is prepared quickly. This is a must in the Balance Plan because the ingredients help balance estrogens in the different phases of the menstrual cycle.
ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of red fruits (whatever you prefer or mix several: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries)
- 250 ml of coconut or almond drink
- 150ml of Cooldo Broths
- 1 dessert spoon of broccoli sprouts (Saludviva)
- 1 yogurt/kefir or if you don't eat dairy, use coconut or almond yogurt
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 dessert spoon of cinnamon
- 1 dessert spoon of glycine powder (optional)
- ice
Steps
- Beat all the ingredients.
