Smoothies can be had all year round. If you also season them with bone broth, you add extra collagen, proteins and minerals. This red fruit smoothie is one of our favorites for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory powers. Be sure to add the following ingredients to your list, and tell us what you think of this combination:
LIQUIDS
- 150ml of Cooldo C aldos or 4 frozen cubes
- 150ml almond drink
FRUIT
- 1 cup of red fruits (mixture of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries or whatever you prefer)
- ½ banana
SEEDS/EXTRAS
- ¼ cup flax seeds
TIP: We recommend having red fruits in the freezer. You can buy them in season and freeze or buy ready-made bags to always have on hand. When your order of Caldos Cooldo arrives, reserve a portion to make broth cubes. This way they are always available to add to your smoothies, baby food or creams.
