                The Detox Plan is perfect to support your digestive system and improve your cleansing and detoxification mechanisms. We propose 3 consecutive days of repair to improve your digestion, de-bloat and increase your energy. The ideal plan for after excesses!
Which to choose? We recommend 1 pack of 6 units of 300ml or 1 pack of 4 units of 900ml to do it as a couple.

WHO IS THIS PLAN FOR?
 Ideal for those who have never fasted or want a reset without going to the extreme of fasting on water alone. It can be done as a 72-hour reset 2–4 times a year or as a one-day-a-week maintenance program.
 This plan is for you if you want to:
- Reduce inflammation
- Take a digestive break
- Cleanse after any excess
- Improve your digestion
- Increase your energy
- Feel lighter
 It is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, the sick, or people with histamine intolerance, as they may react poorly to bone broth and may better tolerate vegetable broths or less-cooked broths.
WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?
The 3-Day Fasting Plan includes a 3-day fast with bone broth, which is filling and digestive, accompanied by other liquids to stay hydrated. Nutritional guidelines are also provided for the day before and after the fast to prepare for the fast and reintroduce foods gently and safely without overloading. (Ingredients and infusions - not included in the pack).
Why bone broth for a 72-hour fast?
Bone broth is used as a “modified” fast for several reasons:
- Reduces hunger and anxiety.
- Avoid dizziness or energy drops in people who are new to fasting.
- It provides electrolytes and minerals that help maintain hydration and mineral balance, which is key during prolonged fasts.
- Protects the intestinal mucosa and prepares digestion when you break the fast.
- It's a transition tool: many people start with broth and, over time, can fast with only water/tea/coffee.

HOW OFTEN CAN I DO THIS PLAN?
We recommend doing the 3-Day Fasting Plan two or three times a year, especially after overindulging or times when we've strayed further from our healthy habits, as there's a greater chance of overloading our digestive system with excess alcohol, sweets, and unhealthy fats. September, January, or after Easter would be good times.
Once you've regained your digestive health, we recommend continuing with the MAINTENANCE PLAN or FASTING START PLAN to continue consuming bone broth and experience long-term benefits.
