We love these mixtures as toppings for creams, salads, even yogurts or smoothies. They are made in no time and give an extraordinary touch to your dishes. You dare?
INGREDIENTS:
- Mix of raw seeds: pumpkin seeds, sunflower, pine nuts, flax, chia or whatever you prefer
- 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- Pinch of salt
STEPS:
- In a bowl, put the seeds with the olive oil and sprinkle the curry powder and a pinch of salt on top. Mix well.
- Put the mixture on top of baking paper on a baking tray and cook at 150 degrees until you see that they are a little golden without being burned. You can keep stirring.
- You can also toast them in the pan.
