Repair Plan
Cooldo's Repara Plan is designed for those who have overloaded their body and, therefore, need a digestive break or a detox . It is not a restrictive diet, but rather a varied menu that includes bone broth as the basis of a healthy, anti-inflammatory and easily digestible diet that will help you feel better.
All plan guidelines have been carefully prepared by our nutritionist Beatriz Rakosnik to obtain the best results from the plan. You can find all the recipes included in the REPARA PLAN here.

WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?
The Prepara Plan is a two-week plan. We offer an anti-inflammatory, easy-to-digest diet that includes bone broth to help you improve your health, reduce bloating, and lose weight in a healthy way.
WHAT INCLUDES?
This plan includes Cooldo Bone Broths in your choice of 300ml or 870ml, featuring our unique recipe with the anti-inflammatory properties of ginger and turmeric, and the following downloadable content emailed to you:
- Healthy eating guidelines
- Menus (breakfast, lunch and dinner where at least one of the meals includes bone broth).
- Shopping list: You have to buy (and cook) the rest of the meals and their ingredients included in the menu yourself.
- Recipes on the web
- Free 15-minute session with Bea

WHAT CAN I EAT DURING THIS PLAN?
This plan offers a nutritionally dense, anti-inflammatory diet that includes at least one of your meals or dinners with bone broth or includes it in the recipe. You'll find a menu guide and all the recipes here.
The rest of the meals and their ingredients included in the menu you have to buy (and cook) yourself.
You can change one day for another, but always respect the included menu (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). A wide variety of foods are included, but you always have the option to repeat or change within the same food group to suit your tastes or organization.
It's important to plan when you're going to start your meal so you have all the ingredients purchased in advance, and schedule it so you don't have social commitments that might interfere with it.
HOW OFTEN CAN I DO THIS PLAN?
We recommend using the Prepara Plan when you want to lose weight in a healthy way to adopt healthier lifestyle habits and a satisfying and digestive-friendly diet that helps calm anxiety.
HOW IS THE BROTH PRESERVED?
Cooldo Broths are stored at room temperature, that is, in the pantry. The expiration date is indicated on the lid of the container.
Once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
What ingredients does Cooldo Broths contain?
INGREDIENTS: Water, chicken carcasses 21%, beef bones 18%, ham bones 2.3%* (organic pork ham bone and sea salt), apple cider vinegar, ginger, sea salt, turmeric.
0% additives, 0% preservatives, 100% natural. Gluten free, keto, paleo, AIP.
Caldos Cooldo is made with the best quality raw materials, bones from animals raised in freedom on Spanish pastures, which respect their natural growth cycles, respecting lactation and grazing. They are not treated with hormones, nor are they given preventive antibiotics. This is key to the flavor, color, smell.
It also contains organic ginger and turmeric that give it an incredible touch of flavor as well as providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Last but not least, unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, a key ingredient to extract all the nutrients from the bones.
Our bone broth has a perfect balance between all the ingredients and just the right touch of saltiness from the sea salt and ham bone.
When are shipments made?
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. All orders are delivered between 24h-72h after purchase, except for orders placed prior to weekends or holidays as there is no delivery on those days. You will receive the order preparation notification and tracking information from the transport company by email.
