Vital Plan
Cooldo's Vital Plan is designed for those who want to include bone broth in their daily lives as the basis of a healthy diet. For those who have started to take care of themselves or already take care of themselves but who want to give their eating habits a boost to feel better. The Vital Plan is perfect to combine after the Repara Plan or the Fasting Plan.
All plan guidelines have been carefully prepared by our nutritionist Beatriz Rakosnik to obtain the best results from the plan. You can find all the recipes included in the VITAL PLAN here.
The Cooldo Repara Plan includes:
- Our only bone broth recipe (with the anti-inflammatory properties of ginger and turmeric)
- Healthy eating guidelines
- Menus (breakfast, lunch and dinner in which at least one of the meals includes bone broth)

WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?
The Vital Plan is a plan that lasts three weeks. During the 3 weeks we propose an anti-inflammatory, rich and healthy diet in which we include bone broth as a source of energy, health and vitality.

What can I eat during this plan?
In this plan we offer you a menu as a guide. You can change one day for another, but always respecting what is included in that day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). A wide variety of foods are included, but you always have the option to repeat or change within the same food group to adapt it to your tastes or organization.
How often can I do it?
This plan can be done whenever you want . It is the best way to incorporate bone broth into your diet and enjoy its long-term benefits.
HOW IS THE BROTH PRESERVED?
Cooldo Broths are stored at room temperature, that is, in the pantry. The expiration date is indicated on the lid of the container.
Once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days. Once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
What ingredients does cooldo broth contain?
INGREDIENTS: Water, chicken carcasses 21%, beef bones 18%, ham bones 2.3%* (organic pork ham bone and sea salt), apple cider vinegar, ginger, sea salt, turmeric.
0% additives, 0% preservatives, 100% natural. Gluten free, keto, paleo, AIP.
Caldos Cooldo is made with the best quality raw materials, bones from animals raised in freedom on Spanish pastures, which respect their natural growth cycles, respecting lactation and grazing. They are not treated with hormones, nor are they given preventive antibiotics. This is key to the flavor, color, smell.
It also contains organic ginger and turmeric that give it an incredible touch of flavor as well as providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Last but not least, unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, a key ingredient to extract all the nutrients from the bones.
Our bone broth has a perfect balance between all the ingredients and just the right touch of saltiness from the sea salt and ham bone.
When are the broths delivered?
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. All orders are delivered between 24h-72h after purchase, except for orders placed prior to weekends or holidays as there is no delivery on those days. You will receive the order preparation notification and tracking information from the transport company by email.
