These buns are very easy to make and can actually be made with almost any fruit, even better if it is very ripe because it will be sweeter that way. So dare to try with what you have at hand.
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g almond flour (ground almonds)
- 1 ripe mango cut into pieces or 2 tangerines (depending on the season)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 dessert spoon of cinnamon
- For coverage:
 3 ounces of 85% chocolate
 1 tablespoon coconut oil
STEPS:
- Beat all the ingredients with a hand mixer and pour the mixture into a donut mold greased with a little coconut oil.
- Put the mold in the oven preheated to 180º for 20 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean.
- Once the donuts have cooled, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave or in a double boiler and pour it over them.
- Put them in the refrigerator for at least an hour to cool and solidify the chocolate.
TIP: Baking powder is not the same as yeast. We like the one from @saludviva_superalimentos.
