This recipe is very easy to make and we love it as a healthy main dish option.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Iberian pork sirloin
- Rosemary and thyme
- Organic mustard
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (optional)
- Pepper, salt and turmeric to taste
STEPS:

Put the pork tenderloin in a baking dish spread with mustard. Be generous.

Add salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme.

Finally, add EVOO on top and a couple of cloves of garlic.

Put it in the oven preheated to 170 degrees. Leave it for approximately 1 hour so that it cooks well.
TIP: If you only want a slight garlic flavor, you can put them whole with their skin on, crushed with a knife.
