SLAVED VEGETABLES

To eat vegetables you have to have them prepared in advance because they are easy to make but they take time. Once made, you can keep them in a glass container with a splash of oil and they keep well in the refrigerator. INGREDIENTS: 1 large eggplant 1 onion 2 peppers 

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY MUESLI

This anti-inflammatory muesli is delicious. We do it every week! We like it best for breakfast with yogurt and freshly cut fruit, but we also use it to dress salads or vegetables. INGREDIENTS: 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts/almonds/hazelnuts 1 tablespoon pumpkin and sunflower seeds

CAULIFLOWER RICE or BROCCOLI
