Eating delicious and healthy doesn't have to be difficult or take a lot of time. This hake recipe can also be made with salmon fillets.
INGREDIENTS:
- 200g hake fillets
- 1 leek
- ½ large or 1 small onion
- ½ zucchini
- Spices: chives, pepper, ginger and turmeric
STEPS:

Cut the onion, the fine leek and the zucchini into thin slices.

Put it on baking paper (always better than aluminum).

Place the hake on top of the vegetables, add salt and any spices you want and wrap the ingredients in baking paper like a bag.

Put the bag in the oven preheated to 180 degrees between 15 and 30 minutes.
TIP: Keep an eye on the oven and open the bag to see how it is cooking so that the fish does not overcook or remain dry. To serve you can add a splash of EVOO and lemon. And if you add homemade mayonnaise, it can be keto.
