INGREDIENTS:
- 3 medium potatoes
- 2 medium sweet potatoes

Clean the potatoes and sweet potatoes. Put them with their skin on in the oven for an hour at 180º until they are well done.

Refrigerate for at least 8 hours and they are ready to eat. If you feel like eating them warm, you can peel them, cut them and heat them a little in the pan or give them a touch of wok or frying pan.
