INGREDIENTS:
- 150g cooked green beans
- 50g lamb's lettuce
- ½ onion cut into julienne
- 1 ripe tomato cut into cubes
- 150g mackerel
- 1 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 anchovies
- 1-2 prebiotic potatoes* peeled and cut into squares
- 2 dried tomatoes (optional)
- 8 black olives (optional)
- 1 teaspoon capers (optional)
- 
Vinaigrette: - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 
STEPS:
- 
Mix the salad ingredients. 
- 
Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients and pour it over the top. 
-
