For people who find it difficult to eat cauliflower or broccoli, this is a very light version that even children may like because they don't really know what they are eating.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cauliflower or 1 broccoli or both.
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- garlic powder
- 5 sprigs of chives (optional)
- Water
- Salt and pepper
STEPS:
-
Puree the raw cauliflower in a blender or grate it with a grater until it has a grainy, not very crumbly texture.
-
In a frying pan, put a little oil and add the chive branches and a little garlic powder and heat it for 2 minutes.
-
Pour in the cauliflower and add a bit of water so that the cauliflower cooks a little. Don't overdo it because the water has to be absorbed.
-
Let cook for 5 minutes.
TIP: We like it with a little ginger powder and curry, although it stings a little but it gives it extra nutrients.
