This is the recipe for salmon tartare.
ingredients
- 200 g of previously frozen salmon
- 1 avocado (not hard but not overripe) cut into small squares
- 1/4 chive
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of pickled capers.
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- 2 teaspoons old-fashioned mustard
- chopped dill to decorate
- 1 wasabi ball (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Steps
- 
Chop the chives and capers and put them in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, old-fashioned mustard, wasabi (optional), olive oil, a pinch of salt, and freshly ground pepper. 
- 
Then add the avocado in squares and sprinkle the juice of half a lime on top. Stir everything well. 
- 
 Cut the salmon finely, add it to the bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Finally, add the chopped dill.
