Infused olive oil is a mixture of herbs with anti-inflammatory properties that also increases the intensity of flavor to any dish. You will always want to have this preparation in your pantry. By the way, the oil should always be stored in a cool, dark place.
INGREDIENTS
- EVOO
- thyme branch
- rosemary branch
- Oregano
- Garlic (optional)
STEPS
- Mix the extra virgin olive oil with all the ingredients. If you put the whole branches, make sure they are submerged in the oil.
- Leave in a dry and dark place to macerate for at least 10 days to obtain the maximum flavor and intensity.
- If you are not going to consume it quickly, we recommend making a small quantity and removing the branches after the maceration time.
