Why do we love these crackers? It is a healthy alternative to pico and bread, they are also delicious and the whole family loves them. It can replace bread at breakfast, accompanied by hummus or guacamole or as a healthy, satisfying snack.
ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 gr. almond flour
- 100 gr. of seed mix (pumpkin seeds, sunflower, flax seeds, chia and sesame).
- 1.5 tablespoons EVOO
- 1 tablespoon thyme/ oregano/ rosemary
- 1 pinch of salt
Steps
- Beat the eggs and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Form a dough that you can shape with your hands.
- Put the dough between two baking papers and with a rolling pin flatten it until you get a thin sheet.
- Remove the top paper and prick with a fork.
- With a knife cut the dough into squares, triangles or any shape you want. Kids love shape molds!
