INGREDIENTS:
- 250 g cauliflower
- 1 large onion
- 1 pinch of turmeric and pepper
- 4 eggs
- Salt
- EVOO
STEPS:
- Put water and salt in a pot, when it starts to boil add the cauliflower cut into large pieces and let it cook for 5 minutes uncovered.
- Meanwhile, brown the onions cut into brunoise with a little turmeric and pepper.
- Remove the cauliflower and cool with cold water.
- Cut the cauliflower into thin slices and add it to the onion.
