Would you dare to add bone broth to hummus? We've tried it, and it's delicious with our Cooldo. Here are some versions.
PEPPER HUMMUS
INGREDIENTS
- 100g chickpeas
- 25ml Cooldo Broths
- 1 piece of red pepper (80g) preferably roasted
- Squirt of juice from 1/2 lemon
- Splash of EVOO
- salt
- pepper
- OPTIONAL: turmeric or curry
STEPS
- Wash and drain the chickpeas (if they are canned)
- Add the rest of the ingredients to a blender.
- 
 Season with salt and pepper to taste.  
 
ZUCCHINI HUMMUS
INGREDIENTS
- 100g chickpeas
- 25ml Cooldo Broths
- 1/2 zucchini (roasted)
- Squirt of juice from 1/2 lemon
- Splash of EVOO
- salt
- pepper
- OPTIONAL: turmeric or curry
STEPS
- Wash and drain the chickpeas (if they are canned)
- Add the rest of the ingredients to a blender.
- 
 Season with salt and pepper to taste.
