If stewed lentils are delicious, imagine how delicious they will be with the extra flavor that bone broth gives them.
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 gr. of lentils
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- Kombu seaweed
- 300 ml of Cooldo Bone Broth

Lentils should be soaked overnight to eliminate antinutrients and make us feel better.

Pour a splash of oil into the saucepan and add the onion, tomatoes, and carrots. Let it sauté for 5 minutes, then add the water and lentils.

Then, season with salt and pepper, add the bay leaf and kombu seaweed, cover the pot, and simmer until tender. The kombu seaweed and bay leaf will also help improve digestion.
- At the end of cooking, add 500ml of bone broth and let it rest.
