To make a good steak tartare, the key is to choose a very good quality beef. In addition to being rich in nutrients, this is a very successful recipe as a main dish for a lunch or dinner with friends.
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g minced quality beef, cut with a knife
- 1 dessert spoon old Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 1 dessert spoon of chopped capers
- 1 dessert spoon of chopped pickles
- 4 sprigs of chopped chives or ½ stem of chopped chives
- A few drops of Tabasco (optional)
- 1 egg yolk

TIP: Be careful with the Tabasco, if you use too much, it will be too spicy.
