                The Cooldo Family Plan is designed for those who want to include bone broth in their daily routine as the foundation of a healthy diet. It's for families who have just started taking care of themselves or are already taking care of themselves and want to give their healthy eating habits a boost.
The Family Plan portions are designed for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). You can choose from:
1 week plan 4 units x 870ml or 8x870ml for larger families.
 2 week plan 18 units x 300ml
The Cooldo Plan include:
- Our only bone broth recipe (with the anti-inflammatory properties of ginger and turmeric)
- Healthy eating guidelines
- Menus (breakfast, lunch and dinner in which at least one of the meals includes bone broth)
- Recipes and shopping list

WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?
The Family Plan is a plan that lasts 1 week. During this time we propose a rich, healthy and varied diet for the whole family in which we include bone broth as a source of energy, health and vitality.
WHAT INCLUDES?
The Family Plan includes our only bone broth recipe (with the anti-inflammatory properties of ginger and turmeric) and an Ebook that you can download at checkout and that also arrives by email with:
- Healthy eating guidelines
- Menus (breakfast, lunch and dinner in which at least one of the meals includes bone broth) and healthy snacks/snacks.
- Recipes and shopping list
All plan guidelines have been carefully prepared by our nutritionist Beatriz Rakosnik to obtain the best results from the plan. You can find all the recipes included in the plan in the recipes section.

What can I eat during this plan?
A wide variety of foods are included and of course bone broth taken alone or in delicious recipes. You always have the option to repeat or change foods from the same group to adapt it to your tastes or organization.
How often can it be done?
This plan covers the needs of the entire family and can be done whenever you want . It is the best way to incorporate bone broth into your diet and enjoy its long-term benefits.
