Zucchini or broccoli cream

Zucchini or broccoli cream is very light and digests very well.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large zucchini or 1 bunch of broccoli
  • 1 large onion
  • Water
  • Bone broth (300ml)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Infused Garlic Oil

STEPS

  • Sauté onion with a tablespoon of garlic-infused oil in a pot.
  • Add the zucchini cut into pieces, salt and pepper. And sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add water to cover half of the zucchini or broccoli and boil them until they are soft. When they are ready, add the bone broth, so it doesn't evaporate.
  • Blend with a hand blender and add broth if it is too thick.

Tip: If you don't peel the zucchini, wash them very well and you will have a green cream. If you want it to "enter" the eyes better, especially for children, you can peel them and it will be whiter.
