Zucchini or broccoli cream is very light and digests very well.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 large zucchini or 1 bunch of broccoli
- 1 large onion
- Water
- Bone broth (300ml)
- Salt and pepper
- Infused Garlic Oil
STEPS
- Sauté onion with a tablespoon of garlic-infused oil in a pot.
- Add the zucchini cut into pieces, salt and pepper. And sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add water to cover half of the zucchini or broccoli and boil them until they are soft. When they are ready, add the bone broth, so it doesn't evaporate.
- Blend with a hand blender and add broth if it is too thick.
Tip: If you don't peel the zucchini, wash them very well and you will have a green cream.
