This is the recipe for ZUCCHINI SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC PRAWNS AND CHERRY TOMATOES
ingredients
- 1 large zucchini
- 150g shrimp
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 1 garlic
- Cayenne and white wine
- EVOO
- Salt
Steps
- 
We make the zucchini spaghetti. We put the zucchini in a colander with a container underneath to release the water. 
- 
 We brown 2 chopped garlic in a frying pan with virgin olive oil and add the chopped cherry tomatoes. 
- 
When the tomatoes begin to release their juice, add the shrimp. You can add a little salt, white wine and a piece of cayenne. 
-
