These chicken fingers or crunchy chicken as we like to call them because of their crunchy sound when eating them, are very simple and much healthier than the breaded chicken version we are used to. Try it, you will be surprised!
INGREDIENTS:
- 150g chicken breast in strips
- I beaten egg
- almond flour
- Spices: garlic powder, pepper, paprika...
STEPS:

Coat the chicken with egg and coat it with the almond flour and spice mixture. 
- 
Place on the oven tray and bake for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees and 3-5 minutes on the grill option to brown them and give them a “crispy” touch.
