This is the recipe for SALPICÓN WITH PRAWNS, TOMATO AND CHIONION

ingredients

  • 2 or 3 raff tomatoes
  • 1 chive
  • 14 cooked prawns
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Apple cider vinegar and unrefined sea salt

Steps

  • Peel the prawns, cut all the ingredients, season to taste (I add a lot of oil), season with salt and pepper, let it marinate for half an hour in the refrigerator and that's it.

  • You can add green pepper if you want, but it is very delicious without.

  • Accompany it with anchovies in vinegar.

TIP: You can accompany it with 30 g of quality Iberian ham and it is a delight.
