                The Cooldo Balance Plan is designed to learn to eat according to the needs of the menstrual cycle, to balance hormones and make the most of the benefits of each phase.
All plan guidelines have been carefully prepared by our nutritionist Beatriz Rakosnik to obtain the best results from the plan. You can find all the recipes included in the plans here.
The Cooldo Plan include:
- Our only bone broth recipe (with the anti-inflammatory properties of ginger and turmeric)
- Healthy eating guidelines
- Menus (breakfast, lunch and dinner in which at least one of the meals includes bone broth)

What can I eat during this plan?
In this plan, we offer a menu as a guide. A wide variety of foods are included, but you always have the option to repeat or change within the same food group to adapt it to your tastes or organization.
HOW ARE BROTHS PRESERVED?
Cooldo Broths are stored at room temperature, that is, in the pantry. The expiration date is indicated on the lid of the container.
Once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
