Mustard chicken is loved by the whole house. You can season it and leave it in the refrigerator beforehand. As an accompaniment you can put potatoes that can even be included in the same source with the same dressing. If not also with basmati rice.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole chicken breast
- Rosemary and thyme
- Mustard
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (optional)
- Pepper, salt and turmeric to taste
STEPS:
- Place the chicken breast in a baking dish generously spread with mustard.
- Add salt, pepper, turmeric, rosemary and thyme.
- Finally, add Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top and a couple of cloves of garlic.
- Put it in the oven preheated to 170 degrees.
- Leave it for approximately 1 hour so that it cooks well.
TIP: This same recipe is delicious with Iberian pork tenderloin. We recommend that the product be of quality, whenever possible ecological.
