Chia is characterized by having a high content of quickly digestible protein and soluble fiber that improves the digestive tract. It is one of our favorite breakfasts because of its nutrients and because it is very satiating.
INGREDIENTS:
- 150 ml coconut or almond milk
- 3-4 dessert spoons of chia seeds
- 1 dessert spoon of pure cocoa powder (unsweetened) or cinnamon (optional)
- Toppings: red fruits, coconut flakes
STEPS:
- Mix the milk with the cocoa or cinnamon.
- Pour the contents into a glass and add the chia seeds and stir. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, take it out of the refrigerator and add your fruits and toppings. We love red fruits and coconut flakes but with tahini and banana it is delicious. If you want it tempered you can temper it in a bain-marie.
TIP: Chia pudding is very versatile. Try adding any fruit, or if you feel like innovating, change the cocoa or cinnamon for turmeric or matcha tea.
