In our house we eat salmon every week. This is one of the ways we like to prepare it
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 leek
- ½ large or 1 small onion
- ½ zucchini
- 2 fillet salmon fillets
- Extra virgin olive oil
- spices
- Salt
STEPS:
- Cut the onion into julienne strips, cut the leek and the zucchini into thin slices.
- Put it in a baking dish and add a little olive oil.
- Cook for 20-30 minutes until the vegetables look done, but not browned.
- Remove the dish from the oven and add the salmon fillets. Add a little salt and spices: chives, pepper, ginger and turmeric... and let it cook for 20 more minutes.
TIP: If you want to change, this same recipe also works for hake fillets.
