Do you dare with a different pizza? This recipe is a delight. It can be a starter for a dinner or an aperitif on the weekend, you will surprise your guests!
INGREDIENTS:
- 250g of bonito or mackerel in a glass jar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- Salt
- Oregano
- Toppings: tomato, mushrooms, Iberian ham, egg, goat cheese...
STEPS:
- Blend all the ingredients.
- Put the dough on baking paper. Put another baking paper and with a rolling pin spread it well and give it the desired shape.
- Put in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Take it out and add the ingredients you want for toppings on top: crushed tomato, Iberian ham, olives, mushrooms, oregano, grated goat cheese... whatever you want! and put it back in the oven for about 10 more minutes until the cheese is melted and the pizza is golden brown.
TIP: If you like it extra crunchy and with extra cheese, when you put it in the oven for the first time, add a splash of olive oil and the cheese to melt, the best one for this recipe: grated goat cheese.
