These almond pancakes are a healthy and delicious alternative. Plus, it's gluten-free and keto friendly. What more could you ask for? Oh yes, they are delicious.
ingredients
- 100g ground almonds
- 2 organic eggs
- 20g of water
- cinnamon to taste
- 1 pinch of salt
- A pinch of stevia or glycine to sweeten (optional)
- 2 ounces of min. 85% chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Steps
- Beat the ingredients.
- Heat a frying pan and coat it with a teaspoon of olive or coconut oil.
- Pour the dough and wait until bubbles appear on top (this tells us that they are sufficiently cooked on the bottom).
- Turn them over and wait a couple more minutes.
- 
For the chocolate, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave or in a pot and that's it. You can use it for pancakes, crepes, fruit, porridge or chia pudding.
