                Cooldo's Start to FastPlan is indicated for those people who want to start intermittent fasting. It is also interesting for those people who want to improve their metabolic flexibility and even improve metabolic syndrome (obesity, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, hypertension, hyperlipidemia). It is also interesting for people with digestive problems (IBS, dysbiosis, intestinal permeability, SIBO) since fasting offers a digestive break to the intestine.
The Cooldo Repara Plan includes:
- Our only bone broth recipe (with the anti-inflammatory properties of ginger and turmeric)
- Healthy eating guidelines
- Menus (breakfast, lunch and dinner in which at least one of the meals includes bone broth)
- Recipes and shopping list

What can I eat during this plan?
In this plan we offer you a menu as a guide. You can change one day for another, but always respecting what is included in that day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). A wide variety of foods are included, but you always have the option to repeat or change within the same food group to adapt it to your tastes or organization.
How often can I make the plan?
This plan can be done whenever you want. Fasting is a therapeutic tool already used by our ancestors that offers many benefits to our health as long as it is done correctly. Intermittent fasting does not mean not eating, but eating in a limited window of time. It is important that when we eat breakfast we eat foods that provide us with the necessary nutrients to be healthy.
