The Back to Routine Plan is a plan that lasts 2 weeks .

We propose a satiating and digestive-friendly diet that will help calm anxiety. The foundation is an anti-inflammatory diet with high nutritional density.

It also includes a two-week exercise routine specifically for men and another for women to incorporate sports into your daily routine.

This plan includes Cooldo Bone Broths in your choice of 300ml or 870ml, featuring our unique recipe with the anti-inflammatory properties of ginger and turmeric, and the following downloadable content emailed to you:

All plan guidelines have been carefully developed by our nutritionist, Beatriz Rakosnik, to achieve the best results from the plan.

This plan offers a nutritionally dense, anti-inflammatory diet that includes at least one of your meals or dinners with bone broth or includes it in the recipe. You'll find a menu guide and all the recipes here .

The rest of the meals and their ingredients included in the menu you have to buy (and cook) yourself.

You can change one day for another, but always respect the included menu (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). A wide variety of foods are included, but you always have the option to repeat or change within the same food group to suit your tastes or organization.

It's important to plan when you're going to start your meal so you have all the ingredients purchased in advance, and schedule it so you don't have social commitments that might interfere with it.

Cooldo Broths are stored at room temperature, that is, in the pantry. The expiration date is indicated on the lid of the container.

Once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days or frozen for up to 6 months.

Caldos Cooldo is made with the best quality raw materials, bones from animals raised in freedom on Spanish pastures, which respect their natural growth cycles, respecting lactation and grazing. They are not treated with hormones, nor are they given preventive antibiotics. This is key to the flavor, color, smell.

It also contains organic ginger and turmeric that give it an incredible touch of flavor as well as providing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Last but not least, unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, a key ingredient to extract all the nutrients from the bones.

Our bone broth has a perfect balance between all the ingredients and just the right touch of saltiness from the sea salt and ham bone.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. All orders are delivered within 24-72 hours of purchase, except for orders placed before the weekend or on holidays, as delivery is not available on those days. You will receive an email notification of your order preparation and tracking information from the shipping company. You have the option to choose Express Shipping starting at €5.50 , with delivery before 2:00 PM (for orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12:00 PM - business days).
